- Free shipping is available on qualifying orders of $50 or more.
- Shipping charges for orders below the free shipping threshold are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at dshopbx@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
